FoodXpertise was created by Adam Cobb in 2009 to provide hotels, restaurants and foodservice establishments with affordable, purchasing and cost control consulting. Adam upheld the Corporate Director of Purchasing for Evans Hotels in San Diego for more than seven years.
Adam’s previous experience includes working for Noble House Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and Fairmont Hotels in single and multi-unit high volume Director of Purchasing positions. Adam has a culinary background and has over twenty years of experience in hotel and restaurant purchasing.
